We have a “no refund” policy. 

Our even exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an even exchange.

To be eligible for an even exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange,  Please send your purchase back to the shipper. (See below)

Because our designs are custom works, we regretfully do not honor refunds.

All sale items are final.

Exchanges

We honor even exchanges based on a 14 day exchange period. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In order for us to honor an exchange, please contact us via email. Email: flanadoramon@gmail.com 

Shipping returns (exchanges only)

In order for us to honor an exchange, we will ask that you return the product in its original packaging. We will initiate quality inspection and investigate the reason for the fault. You can also provide photographic evidence within 24 hours from the receipt of your product order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please have your order ID and your billing email address available as we will require this information.

Please provide us with your return shipping information including carrier/shipper, return ship date, return tracking number. 

Once we receive your original product order and complete our quality inspection, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of the original item and completion of the exchange order. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
