1.Definitions

 Flanado, Ramón is referred to as (“Flanado, Ramón, “flanado.com”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and provides the Site Content, products and services available on the website located at www.flanado.com, other iterations of the website including social media account authorized to provide Site offerings to this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.  Customers, guests and visitors are referred to as “you” or your”.

3.General

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such change will take effect from when they are posted on the website (see date at the top of T&C page) and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions. 

When you place an order we collect certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, email address) For details on how we use this information, please read our Privacy Policy.

4.Ordering

All orders must be made online on this website (Flanado.com), and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of the order and completion of the contract is made once the order is confirmed by us in writing (by email) and payment has been made in full. 

We reserve the right not to accept any order due to one or more of the following:

The product is out of stock.

Payment has not been authorized.

Error in pricing or product description.

Unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably pay for.

We cannot meet a deadline you have specified.

Technical failure of the website.

All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply you with your request, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order.  It will help us if you can tell us the order number when you contact us about your order. 

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

All our purses/handbags are customized. Products may vary slightly from their pictures. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colors accurately reflects the colors of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

Product packaging may vary.

If you wish to make a change to the product order please contact us as soon as you can and we will let you know as soon as possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of the supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm in writing where you wish to go ahead with the change. 

5.Risk

Risk of damage or loss to the goods supplied passes to you from the time we deliver the product to the address you given us or you or a carrier organized. We cannot accept any claim for damage, loss or deterioration after the delivery or collection has been made. Please read the storage and handling instructions carefully upon receipt of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6.Care & Storage Instructions 

A luxury handbag is an investment and is only as good as the condition it’s in. That’s why it is important to store your bag the right way. In order to keep in top condition, store your handbag:

  • Please wipe the hardware using a soft microfiber cloth only (enclosed with every handbag order of ours). Wipe softly in a circular motion to prevent scratches and scuffs and allow your hardware to help retain its shine.

  • Empty out everyday items and fill with a purse pillow/ or acid free paper to help keep its shape.

  • Store inside a breathable, soft dust bag or cotton pillowcase of a neutral color (to prevent color transfer). If there is a detachable shoulder strap, remove and store it inside the bag or dust bag. Wrap any exposed hardware in lint-free cloth to prevent imprints on your bag over time.

  • Store inside the original box with lid open to allow air to circulate. You can also store bag inside a dust bag (enclosed with every handbag order of ours) upright on an open shelf. It should be out of direct sunlight, in the dark and away from heat sources.

  • Store in a climate controlled room with a stable relative humidity (don’t use moisture-absorbing sachets to try to control humidity, as they can dry out leather)

 

7.Ordering 

When placing the online order, customer will receive a confirmation via email.

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. We use USPS for domestic shipping. We offer a flat rate shipping fee (customer will see on the checkout page).  Please note that delays may occur during busy times such as Christmas.

You will be sent a receipt confirmation via email. This confirmation will be sent to the “billing” email address you provide when placing an order. 

Please ensure that your delivery address and postal code are correct as we take no liability for goods being undelivered due to incorrect/inaccurate address details.

Please mark if the ship to address will differ from the bill to. (option available in order/checkout page)

All delivery times are estimates only.  We cannot guarantee any delivery at any specific date or time. 

It is your responsibility that someone will be at the address to accept delivery when being made.

8.Payment & Prices

Payment must be made in full when placing the order, This also applies to any pre-ordered items.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Paypal and Venmo.

When using the card you confirm that you are the cardholder or have permission to make payment with the card by the cardholder. In the event that our systems flags an issue with the provided card, we will refund the order and contact you to take payment with an alternative card. Should this be possible we will not accept the order. 

The price you will be charged is the price stated on the website at the time we receive your order.  In the unlikely event that an incorrect price has been given, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like to go ahead with your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we fail to get in contact with you, we will cancel the order in respect of the incorrect priced product. 

Please ensure you receive a receipt of payment / order confirmation to the billing email you provide.  Failure of either to arrive might indicate that the order has not gone through successfully.

10.Refunds & Exchanges

Regretfully, we do not offer refunds because our products are custom items. 

We honor even exchanges based on a 14 day exchange period. In order for us to honor an exchange, we will ask that you return the product to us in its original packaging. We will initiate a quality inspection and investigate the reason for the fault. You can also provide photographic evidence within 24 hours from the receipt of your order.
